Take a guided tour with Floris, step-father of the groom. He has an olive tree grove and has been making olive oil and balsamic the last few years. Learn about managing an olive tree grove, the difference between edible and oil olives, and try some local samples. Make sure to ask him about Polyphenols and try to get a straight answer on just how many trees he actually has ;)

Meet in the Piazza at 4:30 PM and walk ~0.5 miles down the road to visit the grove. Finish the tour by sampling some local oils and balsamic at the Rastrello in town.
